SJB’s distinctive architecture is characterised by its sculptural form, which makes a strong visual statement. The façade showcases a harmonious palette of three tones, transitioning from red brick at ground level to terracotta hues and a crisp white upper layer, creating a striking layered effect.
The interiors are defined by clean lines, exquisite materials, and thoughtful design choices. Timber joinery adds warmth to the home, while terrazzo porcelain tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms add a modern, refined touch. A mirrored kitchen splashback enhances light and space, complemented by benchtops featuring subtle patterns in shades of white.
